Host preflight checklist (15 minutes)

Use this checklist in the last 15 minutes before going live.

T-15 • Confirm room name and join link • Confirm backup host is online • Open knowledge docs you may cite

T-10 • Attach the right agent (or detach the wrong one) • Mute notifications that distract you • Write your opening purpose in one sentence

T-5 • Join from the host device • Ask one colleague to join as participant • Greet early arrivals calmly

After end • Note two improvements for next time • Update knowledge if a question repeated
